Build Customer Loyalty with Brad Dick
Turnkey and Crews & Co. are excited to invite EO Connecticut to an afternoon designed to challenge, sharpen, and elevate how you think about customer experience—followed by a well-earned happy hour to connect and unwind together.
On April 20th from 12:00–4:00 PM, join us at Turnkey’s office for an engaging, high-impact workshop led by customer experience expert Brad Dick, Founder of Service Obsessions. This session goes beyond surface-level satisfaction metrics and dives into the often-overlooked gap between what we believe our customers experience and what’s actually happening in real time.
Through real-world insights and examples from brands known for delivering exceptional service, you’ll be guided through a process to define the customer experience your business is truly capable of delivering—and how to bring that vision to life in a way your team can consistently execute. The focus is practical, actionable, and immediately relevant to how you lead and grow your organization.
After the session, we’ll transition into a relaxed happy hour, giving you the chance to continue the conversation, build deeper connections, and enjoy time with fellow EO members.
